Are travel costs included in your packages or charged additionally?
For all packages in the portrait & family sessions held at Esher Commons, Surrey, the travel cost is included in the package price.
For alternate locations of your choice, for example your home, local park.... there is a standard fee*
For the Horse & Rider package in the equestrian sessions, the travel cost of getting to your location is charged at the same standard fee*

Do you travel for photoshoots outside of surrey?
At this point in time, unfortunately, I am not available for locations outside of Surrey.
Please keep an eye on my website in case this changes in the future.
Can I customise a photography package to fit all my needs?
Of course.
Hopefully my range of packages with the optional add ons will cover what you are looking for.

when does the photo shoot running time start from?
We will arrange a time & meet up spot. Please come prepared so we can start & make the most out of your chosen package's time frame.
Don't worry though. I will make sure I don't have to rush off.
I understand with location shoots, traffic may be an issue.
Also with families & animals, they don't always perform to a time schedule. Why didn't I ever listen to the saying, 'Don't work with children or animals'!!!

What if the weather is bad?
I will keep an eye on the weather forecast and relay any concerns the day before, when I do my pre shoot check in.
Don't panic if it's the not the perfect sunny day of your dreams, we are in England after all. We can still capture some magical moments.
If heavy rain is forecast, then we can reschedule without any extra cost.
Can we reschedule the session If, for example, one of us is sick?
As long as you give me 24 hours notice, we can reschedule without any extra cost.
If it is less than 24 hours, then a late cancellation fee of £50 is charged from your deposit, prior to rescheduling.
Do you offer advice on photograph selection?
Yes.
My curated collection* of edited photographs offers help with selections, sizes & layout for your wall or display space.
- This service is an addition to the package price and price is dependent upon what you order.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Pre edit proof photos are generally offered the following day to your photo shoot.
I aim to have the fully edited photographs in high definition available for you to digitally download within 5 working days, from the time you get your selection to me.
It is generally before this, but is dependent on my schedule.
If you opt for the curated collection, then it is dependent upon consultation time, decision making, ordering the printing & framing of the photographs & delivery options. You will be kept updated as the process moves along.
